As our volume of calls increased, the cost of traditional phone lines became overwhelming. DataCorps recommended VoIP as an option and we’ve never looked back. Using VoIP over our existing internet connection more than doubled our call capacity and eliminated the expense and limitations of traditional phone lines. The initial cost of the VoIP server and phones was comparable with a standard system, but yielded many more features, greater flexibility and significantly improved sound quality. With our new VoIP System, production is up and cost is down. As a business, we will never consider using standard phone services again.
