By accepting any Quote from DataCorps, you agree to the terms of the MSA and Services Guide. These documents provide essential details about how we deliver services and the mutual responsibilities of our partnership.

For Clients With Existing Contracts

If you currently have an agreement with DataCorps, please take note of the following:

  • Existing Contracts: Any services already governed by your existing contract will remain under those terms. New or additional services in your Quote, not covered by the existing agreement, will be governed by the MSA and Services Guide.
  • Amendments and Updates: If amendments to your current contract are necessary, we will notify you and ensure that any changes are reviewed and agreed upon by both parties.

For New Clients

If you are new to DataCorps, the MSA and Services Guide will govern our service relationship. Before services begin, we encourage you to:
